returns and refunds
Here at milt and joe, our returns policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights. By completing a purchase you agree to the following terms.
milt and joe are dedicated to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of your order being received.
If you change your mind, and need to exchange for sizing, please ensure clothing is in a resaleable condition - meaning with tags, unwashed and unmarked. Please note that items purchased during a sales period or with a discount code are deemed as final sales and not eligible for change of mind returns.
If your item is faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return for exchange or refund. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and not worn or washed within 14 days of purchase. The item can be returned to us for full assessment in which we will notify you of the outcome.
For return shipping: Did you know that Paypal offers free return shipping 8 times a year to the value of $45, please use this method when returning your items so that postage can be claimed through Paypal. Click this link for further details
