PRICING
All pricing is in AUD. Pricing may change at our discretion and without notice.

PAYMENT
1. Credit card: Currently we accept credit card payments over the phone or via paypal

2. Direct bank deposit: Banking details provided at the checkout if you wish to use this method of payment. Items purchased via direct bank deposit will be shipped upon confirmation of payment in our bank account. In the even of non payment for items purchased we will contact you via email once, if in 5 days payment has not been made, the order will be cancelled. 

3.Pay in store: If you live in the Bendigo area where our bricks and mortar store is based then you are welcome to pick up from 374 Hargreaves St BENDIGO during our business hours

SHIPPING
All orders will be dispatched by milt and joe within 1-3 days of purchase. If there is a delay for processing your order for some reason we will notify you immediately by your ordering email.

Postage and handling both nationally and internationally is based upon a flat rate which is calculated by the total weight of your order. Only after all monies for your order have been collected will your order be posted. International orders are not included in our free postage offers unless specified.

We will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels once posted. Each order has been securely wrapped to help prevent any damages that may occur during the postage process.

Postage within Australia usually takes between 1-3 days. International postage usually takes between 10-14 business days. If you feel your item should have already at your ordered destination please contact us at info@miltandjoe.com.au

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We strive to meet your every expectation here at milt and joe. If for some reason you are unhappy about your purchase; you feel their is a fault or it is damaged please contact us so we can discuss your individual situation and rectify the issue.
